2. Telephone
To report misconduct by telephone, please dial:

These hotlines are open 24 hour a day.
During 7:00 to 21:00 WIB, You will be connected to a Tip-offs Anonymous™ call centre operator who will ask you a series of questions about the suspected misconduct. After 21:00 pm WIB, your message will be recorded via voicemail.
The service is anonymous. You will not be asked to reveal your identity unless you choose to do so.
3. SMS
You can send an SMS to:

You may type "Please call me" and indicate the date and time that you would like us to call you.
You may also type your report or disclosure via SMS and you will need to include as much information as possible. You will be asked if you would like to continue the conversation further by SMS or phone.
4. Fax
You can send fax (please include Disclosure Cover Sheet) to:

You will need to include as much information as possible about the suspected misconduct in the fax documents.

5. Email

You will need to include as much information as possible about the suspected misconduct in the email. While Tip-offs Anonymous™ will not provide your email address to Pertamina without your consent. In order to maintain your confidentiality, it is best to use a non-work email to make your disclosure.

What happens next?
Once you have submitted the report, it will be forwarded to a Deloitte analyst who will review the information you have provided. The analyst will then provide a report within one (1) business day to a dedicated representative within Pertamina who will determine the appropriate action required.
